Work Arrangement:
Onsite: This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis
Pursuit of a high school diploma from one of the following schools: Cody High School, Denby High School, Flint Southwestern Classical Academy, Hamtramck High School, Harper Woods High School, Mumford High School, Lincoln High School, Madison High School, Melvindale High School, Oak Park High School, Pershing High School, Pontiac High School, Detroit School of Arts, Woodhaven High School, or River Rouge High School.
Able to work 24 hours per week during the summer months.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed.
Written and verbal communication skills to communicate with your team, GM employees, and general public
High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity.
Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability, and trust
Willing and able to participate in community improvement projects with teams, this could include, but is not limited to, yardwork, painting, and learning to utilize new tools in a safe manner.
Pay Transparency:
The salary for this role is $15 per hour.
