We're looking for an experienced
Accounting Manager to lead multiple client accounts, oversee accounting operations, and ensure accurate financial reporting. In this role, you'll guide a talented team, manage client relationships, and help business leaders make informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting - Lead the month-end close process and prepare timely, accurate financial statements.
- Review team deliverables for compliance with US GAAP .
- Conduct client meetings to discuss financial performance, budgets, and KPIs.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analyses .
- Maintain cash flow reports , forecasts, and financial models.
Operational Accounting Oversight - Oversee A/R, A/P, billing, payroll, and inventory accounting functions.
- Ensure timely invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Provide financial insights to improve cash flow and operational efficiency .
Process Improvement & Systems Management - Optimize accounting workflows using: QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite
- Bill.com, Airbase, Expensify, or Concur
- Gusto, ADP , or similar payroll platforms
- Integrations with Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, and PayPal
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
Technical Expertise & Compliance - Apply strong knowledge of US GAAP and best accounting practices.
- Support tax compliance , including sales tax, R&D credits, and 1099/W9 filings.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- A seasoned background in accounting , ideally from public accounting or client services .
- Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in outsourced accounting or consulting environments .
- Knowledge of financial system integrations and automation tools .
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or team supervision.
