Overview - We’re looking for a driven, energetic individual to join our MD & ID region Culligan team as an Area Sales Manager ! Work with the industry leader and manage a team of professionals selling the best drinking water, water treatment and filtration systems in the business, behind a name that sells itself.

This position operates as a leader in the Packard Culligan franchise group, a family-owned and operated enterprise with nearly 80 years of industry expertise. You will join a team dedicated to expanding our customer base and driving business growth.

You will have responsibility to manage Residential sales and Commercial Drinking Water sales employees , activities, and results at our Bozeman, Butte, Boise, Billings, Twin Falls Dealerships .

Crafting Winning Strategies:

  • Develop sales goals and activity requirements that align with your winning strategy.
  • Keep an eye on the competition and devise plans to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Use data and analytics to predict your sales team's resource needs.
  • Work closely with marketing leaders and agencies to align your strategy with the bigger game plan.
  • Lead your team in brainstorming creative strategies and initiatives to achieve your sales targets.

Pay Range

$100,000 - $125,000 USD base plus bonus and benefits

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education - Bachelor’s Degree completion
  • Experience and/or Training - Proven effective communication, leaderships skills, customer service, analytical, mechanical and problem solving skills. High energy level and enthusiasm and ability to work independently & lead your team.
  • Ability to travel regularly – may exceed 50%.
  • Licenses/Certifications - Valid Driver’s License with proven safe driving history and own transportation.
  • Technology/Equipment - Sufficient skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a personal laptop computer.
  • Other - Must successfully pass background check, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Check.
