• Position: Armed Security Guard - G license required

Job Summary:

• Work alone while armed under occasional tension or pressure, using handcuffs as needed
• Occasional running or sprinting with the ability to control crowds or by-standers
• Proficient with firearms- Use of handgun, making shoot/no-shoot decisions
• Respond to life threatening or emergency situations with the ability to climb and/or pull oneself over obstacles
• Pursue suspects on foot and subdue combative persons after running in pursuit
• Physically detain and escort an individual with assistance
• Support other duties as determined by REDCON

Requirements:

• Active Federal, State, and/or local Firearms permit(s)
• Guard Card License
• US Citizenship and proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 2 years of previous security experience preferred
• Must be in good physical condition, able to complete frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping
