What You'll Do
You will handle equity financings, M&A, corporate governance, and venture fund matters, working directly with founders, management, and investors. Expect exposure across early stage through late stage rounds and cross border assignments.
Candidate Profile
~4–6 years of law firm experience in venture capital and/or M&A
~ Strong academic background
~ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
~ Confidence managing multiple high value matters under tight timelines
