Job Description

Youll be working on an app that is primarily in Elixir. You dont need to know Elixir, You do need good comp sci and math fundamentals. We train our devs in house.

This is a junior role for someone with strong fundamentals. You may not have past commercial programming experience, but you will have some evidence you can build, and some evidence you can hold down a job, eg. youve worked in retail, food service, tutoring etc.

Bonus if youre familiar with the AI development process (how to make models not how to call agents), and dev-ops for AI clusters. No drama if youre not, we can get you up to speed.

• We move fast. We ship weeklynew features, improvements, and fixes go live fast. Our infra runs cluster scale up tests daily.
• We test big. Every month, we stress test with large groups of users face to face, get real-world feedback, and iterate rapidly.
• We build together. Weekend hackathons push boundaries, drive innovation, and help us level up as a team.
• We iterate relentlessly. Direct user feedback shapes our roadmapwe release, test, refine, and keep moving.
• We travel when needed. Engineers may travel between SF and Sydney to run events, attend conferences, and meet with clients.
