The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Provide friendly and helpful service to all guests.

• Oversee, support, and direct Assistant Butlers.

• Complete sales transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash, comps, and change appropriately.

• Deliver a superior, personalized level of service to all guests.

• Manage assigned suite functions from start to finish, including hospitality and/or bar setup and service.

• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure proper timing of food courses.

• Interact with guests and group contacts to meet needs and enhance their stay.

• Recommend and reserve dining and entertainment options across the resort.

• Act as a personal concierge, coordinating with Front Desk, EVS, Spa, and other departments.

• Maintain AAA service standards and develop personal guest relationships.

• Follow all food safety and handling procedures.

• Maintain suite cleanliness and restock supplies according to department standards.

• Participate as a team player with all Butlers, Supervisors, and Kitchen staff.

• Coordinate and set up suite amenities as needed.

• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of working areas, including table clearing and sanitization.

• Report to work as scheduled and meet grooming/uniform standards.

• Foster a fun and welcoming environment.

• Perform job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

• Adhere to all department, company, and regulatory policies.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of food, fine dining, wine & spirits, and bar setup/service.

• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.

• Strong verbal communication and grooming standards.

• Computer literacy.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

• Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.

Preferred:

• Bilingual skills.

• Ability to earn and maintain a Gaming License.

• Current Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain).

• TiPS Certification (or ability to obtain).

• RBS Certification within 30 days of employment.
