Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Plumbing Estimator for our rapidly growing organization in the Mortgage industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in the evaluation and estimation of costs for various commercial and industrial plumbing construction projects. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in a highly collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities: As a Plumbing Estimator, you will be responsible for:

1. Generating accurate and comprehensive estimates for commercial and industrial plumbing construction projects.
2. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
3. Evaluating blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to calculate project costs.
4. Conducting site visits and inspections to gather necessary data for cost estimation.
5. Preparing and presenting detailed cost reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
6. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of our estimates.
7. Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and secure the best deals for materials and services.
8. Assisting in the development and implementation of cost-saving strategies and initiatives.
9. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our estimation processes and systems.

Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing estimation, preferably in the commercial and industrial sectors.
2. Proven expertise in plumbing systems and construction processes.
3. Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and tools.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
5. Exceptional numerical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and estimation software.
10. A valid plumbing license or certification would be a plus.
