Position: Lead Superintendent – OSHPD 1 / Healthcare Construction
Location: Near Yosemite (3 years of Full Housing Provided)
Compensation: $180,000 – $225,000 Base + Bonus + Premium Benefits

My client is a privately held $250M commercial General Contractor with a proven track record in complex, high-stakes healthcare construction across California. With over $150M in secured backlog in OSHPD 1 work, we are seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent to oversee a large-scale ground-up healthcare facility near Yosemite, with guaranteed work in Southern California, Sacramento, and the Bay Area to follow.
The Opportunity:
This is a career-defining role to take the lead on a multi-year, OSHPD 1 ground-up hospital project in one of the most scenic locations in California. The project will span 3+ years , and full housing, room, and board will be covered — including a private home, utilities, and amenities.
