The Corporate Fleet Manager Position
The Corporate Fleet Manager oversees the assignment and management of approximately 400 company vehicles, including tracking assignments, coordination with project teams to align usage with staffing, and maintaining update driver and vehicle records. The role manages vehicle acquisition and disposal, outfitting new vehicles, and ensuring updates to insurance and registration documentation.
Additionally, the Corporate Fleet Manager supports DOT compliance, runs MVR reports, manages fuel card usage, and supports new hire onboarding with vehicle documentation and policies. This role is imperative to the success of Goyette Mechanical as the Corporate Fleet is not only a large company investment, it is the lifeline to getting staff the appropriate equipment needed to ensure they can successfully complete a task or project.
