Job Description

Careerscape is recruiting for an Omaha company that needs a Corporate Trainer to design training programs and deliver employee development. You'll create engaging training content and facilitate sessions that improve employee skills and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs across organization
  • Design and develop training programs and materials
  • Facilitate instructor led training sessions
  • Create e-learning modules and online courses
  • Train new employees during onboarding
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback
  • Update training content based on business changes
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics
  • Partner with managers on development needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Education, HR, or related field
  • 3-5 years of corporate training or instructional design experience
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience developing training materials and curricula
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Project management skills for multiple programs
  • Creativity in designing engaging training
