Overview:
Onin Staffing is looking for a skilled Electrician for the Bessemer area.
Requirements: Must have Journeyman-level experience or higher in industrial and/or commercial electrical work.
General Job Description:
Skillfully bend conduit with attention to aesthetics
Repair or replace wiring, fixtures, and other electrical components
Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding production timelines
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Skills and Experience:
Work Experience:
• Minimal 4 years Electrical experience
• Journeyman certification preferred
• Working knowledge of construction math, blueprint and technical drawing interpretation, and
power/hand tool use-including use of conduit bender
• Ability to perform job specific physical requirements under the specified working conditions
Ability to travel to job site locations for installs and troubleshooting (may be overnight, out of state)
• Willing to perform all assigned tasks and be self-sufficient and self-motivated
• Reliable and timely transportation
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends
