Working Hybrid schedule in their Brickell office - Location: Miami, FL 33131 They are looking for an ambitious and talented Entry‑Level Graphic Designer to join their busy, global marketing team. Supporting the Head of Design you will have the flare and enthusiasm to create original work, uphold brand values & adhere to brand guidelines, work quickly under pressure, be confident in retouching images, produce pixel‑perfect visuals, take direction but also show initiative. Who you are A highly creative individual with relevant degree or work experience in a full‑time design‑based role either in‑house or with an agency. Someone who is highly motivated and will proactively bring new ideas. A varied portfolio that demonstrates skills in layout, digital, print, and typography. A flexible & resilient approach to briefs with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities You will primarily produce digital and print marketing materials, online advertising/social assets including emails and digital creative, brochures, infographics, proposals and presentations, print adverts and event branding from inception to final delivery across multiple platforms. You will ensure visual consistency and brand excellence across all outputs. You will have Expertise in print and digital design, with the ability to deliver high‑quality work across multiple platforms. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office 365. Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. A commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work with excellent attention to detail. Good communication skills with both immediate team members and the wider company. A positive attitude and willingness to embrace new technologies with an open mind and learn new processes quickly. Experience designing for premium or luxury brands is not essential, but preferred. Knowledge of or experience using interactive graphic design tools is not essential but preferred.
