The Internal Communications Specialist will forecast, develop, and implement marketing and communication strategies that support all Engagement initiatives. What You Will Be Doing Using the events calendar to forecast upcoming marketing needs Scheduling meetings with Events/Uzone and Community teams to discuss marketing requests Creating marketing assets for events, vendors, designing website pages, and digital flyers Creating content documents based on team needs and requests Creating tasks to initiate marketing processes Reviewing marketing assets and ensuring proper assets are requested and designed Ensuring content aligns with communication strategy and noting necessary edits Updating marketing content documents and organizing final assets in designated folders Collaborating with Engagement Content Specialist to schedule UZone news posts Maintaining marketing templates and updating assets as needed Design and Content Creation Using Adobe Suite to create layouts and maps for Engagement initiatives Communication Forecasting communication needs for events and initiatives Scheduling meetings to create and review outgoing communication Developing communication plans for major events Qualtrics Weekly updating of contact lists Creating registration surveys and dashboards Monitoring surveys and communicating registration status Reporting and Printing Pulling reports from Qualtrics for metrics and RSVP status Managing printing of name plates, signage, and organizing CSV data for name tags Coordinating with vendors on production timelines and costs Miscellaneous Organizing reports for event fulfillment Managing distribution and fulfillment for events Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 2+ years in Marketing or Junior Designer role Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Suite Advanced Excel skills including data merging and pivoting Experience with Qualtrics dashboards and data analysis Excellent writing and communication skills Experience in event management Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Adaptability and quick turnaround skills Client service orientation Work Environment & Perks Join a vibrant workplace with numerous perks including PTO, parental leave, insurance, 401k, discounts, fitness center, wellness services, and more.
