Job Description This position is responsible for constructing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting the expected reimbursement contracts within Epic Resolute Billing in a real-time environment, utilizing claims in either the HB and/or PB billing modules. You will act as a reimbursement subject matter expert, responsible for resolving complex issues, overseeing intricate design and build challenges, and supporting department goals and strategies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Four (4) years of EPIC experience in healthcare IT, Finance or Managed Care (contracting). Active Epic HB or PB Contract Build Certification. Experience with California-specific contracts. Extensive knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies. Experience in training and mentoring team members, including delivering sessions and creating process documentation.
