Remote - Candidates must be located in the Bay Area OR San Diego, CA

A family law office is searching for a tech-savvy Senior Family Law Attorney to join their team in a remote position from either the Bay Area or San Diego, CA. They are looking for someone with at least 5 years of family law experience to manage a significant caseload, while supervising paralegal tasks and maintaining a high level of client communication. In this role, you ll get to enjoy the freedom to manage your day-to-day activities with the trust and autonomy that comes from remote work, all while staying connected to the pulse of your local area's legal scene. Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 / year DOE

First Senior Family Law Attorney Profile Requirements:

• 5+ years of family law experience
• 2+ of Santa Clara County experience
• Must be tech-savvy and proficient in using My Case CRM and Ring Central
• Active bar membership in California
• Exceptional follow-up and communication skills
• Ability to manage a significant workload and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Must live in the Bay Area of California
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is preferred

Second Senior Family Law Attorney Profile Requirements:

• 5+ years of family law experience
• 2+ of San Diego County experience
• Must be tech-savvy and proficient in using My Case CRM and Ring Central
• Active bar membership in California
• Exceptional follow-up and communication skills
• Ability to manage a significant workload and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Must live in the San Diego Area
• Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is preferred

Senior Family Law Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 40-50 primarily family law cases, with potential involvement in other practice areas
• Regular court appearances, aiming for daily if possible
• Conduct depositions and serve as an expert witness
• Maintain weekly communication with clients and provide constant email updates
• Review and approve discovery documents
• Supervise paralegal tasks, including discovery and calendaring
