$130 - 140k + Bonuses About Us Our client is an independently owned primary care clinic serving individuals and families in Stayton, Oregon. They focus on building strong relationships, preventive care, and treatment plans that empower patients to take charge of their health. They are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our growing team. Position Overview We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Advanced Practice Provider who values long-term patient relationships and thrives in an independent practice. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and benefits.
