Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Dress Code: Business Casual

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team in Beaverton. This is a 100% on-site role with a clear path to permanent employment. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews.
Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Extend and negotiate job offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
Manage onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
