We are seeking a dedicated Health and Wellness Coach to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in empowering our clients to make positive health choices, manage their conditions effectively, and lead fulfilling lives. As a Health and Wellness Coach, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique health needs and develop tailored wellness plans aimed at enhancing their overall well-being. You will engage clients through one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and health education programs. Your expertise will help clients navigate their journey towards better health by addressing lifestyle changes, nutritional guidance, and stress management techniques. In addition, you will collaborate with our clinical team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an empathetic approach to coaching, and a passion for helping others achieve their health goals. Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching sessions to support clients in their health and wellness journeys.
• Develop personalized wellness plans based on clients' health assessments and goals.
• Conduct group workshops focusing on nutrition, stress management, and exercise.
• Monitor and track clients' progress towards their health goals, providing encouragement and adjustments as necessary.
• Educate clients about asthma and allergy management techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based methods to track client outcomes and improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, wellness, nutrition, or a related field.
• Certification as a health coach from an accredited organization is preferred.
• Experience in coaching or counseling individuals or groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Knowledge of asthma, allergies, and general wellness practices.
• Proficiency in creating and utilizing health assessment tools.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also capable of working independently.
