Job Description
Fully remote role. Need to have healthcare project management experience! W2 only!
Accountable for leading project execution for BCN including the development, readying the business, implementation and ongoing maintenance of moderate to complex projects that may impact multiple business units/functions or business critical programs.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
• Five (5) years project management experience in health plan operations or related field
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience planning and leading high risk and complex projects
• Strong facilitation skills particularly with understanding business capabilities of a business case, gathering business requirements, and business readiness activities are the three strongest skills we require.
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
Bachelor degree
• Five (5) years of business readiness and/or change management experience
• Leadership and/or analytical experience with data, systems, and operations
• Extensive experience with analysis including root cause identification and problem solving
• Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., Access, Excel PowerPoint and Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Project Management Certificate (PMP) preferred
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge of Design Thinking preferred
