*Responsibilities:*- Lead and manage a high-performing team of technicians and service advisors
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective customer service, marketing, and operational strategies
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions

*Requirements:*- 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the automotive industry
