Your responsibilities:

• Generate leads: make outbound calls to homeowners from our list of warm leads.
• Educate Customers: Inform potential customers about the benefits of choosing Medallion Roofing from our products to our services.
• Schedule appointments: Set and manage appointments for our outside sales representatives.
• Manage Data: Accurately record all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Meeting goals: Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Outside Sales Team and other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Your qualifications:

• Experience : 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, lead generation, business development or a similar high-volume call environment is preferred. (Experience in home services or the construction industry is a plus.)
• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you must be articulate, an active listener and persuasive.
• Technical Experience : You must be comfortable with using a CRM System (i.e. Salesforce) and standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Work Ethic : You need to be highly driven, self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Education : High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; college degree is a plus.

  • 8am-5pm with rotating weekends (Full Time)
  • 11am-7pm with rotating weekends (Full Time)
  • 8am-12 noon with rotating weekends (Part Time)
  • 3pm-7pm with rotating weekends (Part Time)
