We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Encompass Administrator / Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for deploying, testing, and maintaining Encompass customizations, tools, and software integrations across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of the mortgage process, and the ability to work directly with clients to develop and support custom solutions within the Encompass platform. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the deployment and testing of custom Encompass forms, plugins, custom data objects (CDOs), and other software tools across various technical environments (DEV, TEST, PROD). Perform dev testing and support client user acceptance testing Perform comprehensive post-deployment testing to confirm successful program operation and error-free performance. Work directly with clients to gather requirements, build, and implement Encompass customizations to support operational workflows and compliance needs. Demonstrate and explain tools, applications, and customizations to clients in both technical and non-technical terms. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Visio data/system flow diagrams, integration plans, and runbooks/deployment guides. Assist in new product development initiatives to enhance Encompass system efficiency and support evolving client needs. Develop and manage Encompass Business Rules, including advanced conditions, Personas, Roles, User Groups, Loan Folders, eFolder configurations, and Conditions management. Build logical structures and conditions within the platform to support underwriting, compliance, and operational business processes. Conduct troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning for Encompass customizations and integrations. Preferred Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Encompass administration and customization, including Business Rules (with Advanced Conditions), and the Input Form Builder. Understanding of mortgage industry processes and documentation, including underwriting conditions, FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, fee itemization, LE/CD, appraisal, title, RESPA, and URLA. Experience with Encompass tools such as LOConnect and TPOConnect. Familiarity with XML file structures and editing tools (e.g., Notepad++). Bonus Qualifications: Previous experience in mortgage lending technology, loan origination systems, or secondary market operations is a plus. Working knowledge of Encompass Dynamic Data Management (DDM) Rules. Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
