What’s the position?

As part of the Omni channel team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to enable evidence-based decision-making within the Omni Team across verticals. This role requires the individual to have strong analytical and technical skills combined with an understanding of business processes and technologies. This role requires industry-specific KPIs knowledge, and the ability to transform data into actionable strategies that increase player engagement, retention, and worth. You will work collaboratively with Omni leaders and fellow analytics partners to make recommendations on priorities and help uncover potential areas of revenue opportunity and cost savings efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyses, and document business requirements to provide key insights that support data-driven decision-making.

  • Design, build, and maintain reports, visualizations and dashboards.

  • Monitor performance of current processes and identify areas of improvement.

  • Develop, implement and maintain data models, data warehouses for business intelligence.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practice

  • Partner with marketing, product, and compliance teams to deliver insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

  • Analyze player lifecycle data to identify acquisition, retention, and churn patterns.

  • Evaluate player performance & develop segmentation models for player targeting and personalized offers.

  • Monitor marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, affiliates) for ROI and optimization.

  • Work with data engineers to improve data pipelines from casino management systems (CMS) and iGaming platforms.

  • Mentor analysts and guide data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data science, or related roles in performance marketing-heavy industries (experience in online gaming, sports betting, or similar is a plus).

    • 2 years at a Senior Analyst level.

  • Advanced SQL for querying igaming, sports and marketing databases.

  • Proven experience working with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and SQL development

  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling is nice to have.

  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

  • Experience with A/B testing, regression testing, project modeling, and budget analysis is a plus.

  • Familiarity with incremental testing and omni-channel customer behavior is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with iGaming platforms, casino management systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Amplitude, and Marketing Cloud).

  • Deep understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution, and performance drivers (e.g., LTV, ROAS, CAC, incrementality)

  • Strong business acumen in the casino and gambling industry.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-departmental projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with real-time analytics and player tracking systems.

  • Knowledge of machine learning models for player churn prediction, fraud detection, and recommendation engines.

  • Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with BI tools.

  • Exposure to sports betting analytics in addition to casino analytics.
