Responsibilities

•Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security
•Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies
•Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
•Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
•Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
•Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date

Qualifications

•Sales experience preferred - enterprising mindset, no mile too far
•Desire to help families and businesses to "Be Good At Life."
•Bilingual Language preferred, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese, etc.
•Skilled with Microsoft Office
•Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
•Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
•Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desired
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
