Base pay range $21.00/hr - $25.00/hr AstraWorks is a recruiting agency focused on the Construction Design/Build market. We partnered with an industry-leading Design/Build firm to identify a Marketing Assistant / Coordinator in Houston, TX. Responsibilities Create and maintain templates, meeting agendas, emails, and progress reports. Assist in the planning and coordination of department meetings, trainings, and stakeholder events. Track project deadlines, deliverables, and key benchmarks; ensure timely completion of action items. Collaborate with department leadership to ensure smooth execution of marketing workflows and administrative tasks. Format documents and materials using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft tools. Establish and manage timelines and assignments as needed to complete effective submittals. Attend professional association meetings, trade shows, and conferences. Prepare presentations and support Project Managers in preparing presentations for proposal interviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; Associate's Degree or 1-3 years of related experience with no degree. 0-3 years of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in marketing, branding, or communications preferred.
