Job Summary:
This position requires multitasking, strong organizational skills, prioritization, and timeliness. The Marketing Assistant will support both internal and external marketing efforts, assist with projects across departments, and ensure the company’s brand and products are represented effectively.
Responsibilities:
Assist with external and internal marketing efforts.
Attend trade shows as needed (company covers travel expenses).
Collaborate with leaders, sales teams, and outside entities to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
Understand company products and brand.
Create, interpret, and manage a variety of reports.
Organize marketing research and analyze questionnaires or feedback forms.
Perform general office duties and maintain an organized workspace.
Update and manage spreadsheets.
Perform soft data mining.
Learn and work with various software, websites, and platforms.
Give presentations and prepare, format, or edit documents.
Work independently to complete assigned tasks.
Attend meetings and participate in achieving company goals.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AI tools, ChatGPT, and MailChimp.
Ability to use office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).
Computer literacy and typing skills.
Experience in data mining and data management.
Attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Computer experience required.
Previous administration, sales, or marketing experience is a plus.
