Position Overview: We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team of Independent Medical Couriers. You'll provide vital courier services to healthcare facilities, including clinics, hospitals, and private residences. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the chance to impact healthcare positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver medical samples, supplies, and reports on assigned routes
• Ensure specimen integrity during transport
• Use our smartphone app to manage pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with dispatch team during operations
• Check clinic lockboxes and document pickups
• Provide excellent customer service to healthcare facilities

Minimum Requirements:

• Reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle (4-cylinder, 2012 or newer)
• Valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
• Smartphone compatible with our app (Apple or Android)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in related fields or the gig economy such as medical courier, package courier, Amazon, FedEx, USPS, Uber, or Lyft
• Strong problem-solving skills and independent work ethic

Compensation:

• Independent Couriers are paid a flat rate per day depending on the expected route time and distance along with weekly performance bonuses; our objective is for drivers to make between $18 - $24 / hour after taking the cost of fuel into account.
