OnSpot Dermatology is looking to add an experienced Part-Time Medical Receptionist/Call Center Representative to join our team at our Fort Myers brick-and-mortar office. This position plays a key role in providing exceptional in-office support and patient care, helping us continue to create a dermatology experience like no other!

Responsibilities:Greet patients with a smile and provide a warm, welcoming experience upon arrival
Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
Obtain, verify, and enter accurate demographic and insurance information
Process patient payments (co-pays, self-pay charges, and purchased products)
Maintain smooth patient flow; communicate clearly with patients and clinical staff regarding any delays
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Respond to voicemails in a timely manner
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments (in person and over the phone)
Provide information about our dermatology services and ensure all patients receive high-quality, personalized care
Minimum one year of experience in a medical office environment
Minimum one year of front desk dermatology experience preferred
Experience scheduling patients and handling insurance information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a customer service environment
Proficient in computers and medical office software systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
Outgoing, positive personality with a strong commitment to patient service
Professional and energetic phone presence
