Position: Motion Graphics Artist Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Id: 323 # of Openings: 1 We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Motion Graphics Artist with a strong graphic design background. This role is perfect for a collaborative individual who excels at bringing ideas to life through engaging visuals and dynamic animations while ensuring an organized workflow for the team environment. You’ll contribute to a variety of projects, including broadcast work, branded content, digital campaigns, and social media assets, while playing a key role in elevating our creative output. Essential Functions: Help develop and bring creative concepts to life utilizing editorial and motion graphics skills. Work to tell visually compelling and engaging brand stories. Balance a commitment to high quality production standards while meeting deadlines and adjusting to fast-paced timelines. Design, animate and integrate infographics and other graphic elements for video projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of animation principles and motion design trends. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling animations. Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the agency. Requirements: 3+ years of professional motion graphics experience. Background in graphic design, animation, multimedia arts, or a related field and looking to continue to develop their skills as a motion graphics artist. Experience creating content for social media platforms and an understanding of their specific requirements. Work in an organized team environment. Be a resourceful problem solver. Bring an awesome, collaborative attitude to each project. Video editing skills a plus. Additional Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier work. Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and act on feedback constructively. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually refine your craft. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in-office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching.
