Pay- 20$/h, Liberty Lake Job Description This role involves operating a stock picker that ascends and descends within the warehouse. You will be securely harnessed in, retrieving items from racking that can reach heights of up to 25 feet. Responsibilities include selecting the required quantities, placing them on pallets, wrapping the pallets when full, and staging them on the shipping dock. The picker features a computer that guides you on location and quantity specifications. Responsibilities Operate stock picker equipment safely and efficiently. Select and retrieve items from racking up to 25 feet high. Ensure accurate quantity selection and placement on pallets. Wrap full pallets and stage them on the shipping dock. Utilize the computer on the picker for guidance on item location and quantity. Essential Skills Experience in order picking or selecting is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to work in a physically demanding role, lifting up to 60lbs occasionally. Comfortable working at heights of up to 25 feet. Proficiency in using RF scanners and electric pallet jacks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Accountability and pride in work ethic. Consistency and longevity in previous roles, avoiding frequent job changes. Capability to lift lighter items frequently, typically ranging from 15-20lbs. The environment remains temperate, and you will operate independently within a small team of 2-7 order selectors, always with support available when needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
