We are looking for proactive and results-driven Remote Parent Education Consultants to contribute to our company's sales objectives for our Brain Balance Achievement Centers account. You will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting the benefits of the Brain Balance program. This is a remote position , and you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on the families we serve, AND on our company’s sales growth. We are able to hire employees from the following states only: CO, CT, MA, NC, NV, and TX. We are not considering applications for candidates outside of these six states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept inbound calls from interested parties
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers who have requested information (NO COLD CALLS!)
• Utilize effective communication skills to create interest in the program
• Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the program
• Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and concerns of potential customers
• Guide potential customers through the sales process and address any objections
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system
• Build and nurture relationships with customers
• Collaborate with members of your team to optimize sales strategies and results

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in phone sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Requirements:

• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Reliable computer and headset
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs

· Must be able to plug your computer directly INTO your modem - you CANNOT work directly from wi fi. You can have wireless internet in your home, but you must be able to connect your computer through an Ethernet cable for excellent voice quality. Satellite does not work.
