MEMCO SER is looking for park maintenance laborers to start ASAP in downtown Houston!

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Park Maintenance Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of public parks and recreational areas.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine grounds maintenance, including trimming, raking, and trash removal
• Clean and maintain park facilities such as restrooms, picnic areas, and playgrounds
• Assist with landscaping tasks including planting, watering, and pruning
• Operate basic maintenance equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers
• Report any hazards, damage, or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working outdoors

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• MUST  be flexible
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, occasional weekends as needed
• 7am-4pm, possibly 12pm -8pm
