  • Stable Compensation: $40k base + commission; 
    • By end of year 1: average trainer earns $65k/year
    • By end of year 2: average trainer earns $71k/year
    • By end of year 3: average trainer earns $86k/year. 
    • By end of year 3: TOP trainers earn $95-100k/year

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard clients 1:1 to build rapport and understand why your clients are here.
  • Design and deliver personalized programs.
  • Communicate compassionately and directly to keep clients engaged.
  • Adjust programming and proactively address challenges.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and uphold high standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Certification: Current Personal Training Certifications. 
We accept only the following certs:

  • NASM
  • ACSM
  • NSCA (CSCS)
  • ACE

Experience:

  • 3+ years as a Personal Trainer
    • Bonus: Experience running your own personal training business or holding a leadership position within the fitness industry
  • 1+ years of remote/online training experience
  • Familiarity with online tools and managing multiple clients effectively

Education: Associate degree or higher

Physical Requirements: Sitting and typing for prolonged periods of time.
