Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers in Newark, DE, is seeking a dynamic Physician Liaison to drive patient referrals by building strong relationships with local healthcare providers. As a key brand ambassador, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen our reputation and increase referral volume. This role combines elements of sales, marketing, and public relations , making it ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, medical offices, and community organizations to drive patient referrals.
• Implement targeted outreach and marketing plans to promote Fyzical’s services and increase brand awareness.
• Conduct regular visits, calls, and meetings with referring providers and their staff to maintain engagement and address needs.
• Track and analyze referral trends using DMR and other tracking tools to optimize strategies.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging research-based methods to enhance provider trust and awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical staff, hospital affiliates, and provider relations, to ensure seamless patient referrals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for referring offices, gathering feedback and addressing concerns to improve service and reputation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience in sales, marketing, physician relations, or medical communications is a plus.
• Excellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and referral tracking tools .
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory (Wilmington & Newark, DE area).
