Job Description

Luck Stone's Bull Run Plant is seeking a Pit Loader Operator. Pit Loader Operators skillfully navigate the pit and yard to ensure safe loading of rock into haul trucks and primary crushers. Pit Loader Operators must have strong communication and time management skills to keep our line of haul trucks loaded and moving.

Duties include:

• Responsible for the safe operations of assigned Loader.
• Pre-shift and post shift inspections
• Ensures vehicle receives proper maintenance
• Properly position or loading and unloading of aggregate
• Assisting with special projects outside of heavy equipment operation if needed

• Promptly reporting all faults in high wall to the Plant Manager or Foreman.
• Aiding coworkers to ensure that the site is clean and organized at the end of each shift
• Prioritizes safety throughout site for self and others

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Work Experience: Minimum 2+ years of operating a pit loader or large loader (980,988, 990, 992) experience in a quarry or large construction site


Excellent communication, leadership skills and time management skills.

Shift-6am-4pm
