What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery
• Adjust controls to maintain product quality and meet production targets
• Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate effectively with team members
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform hands-on tasks
  
  

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
  
  

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
  
  

What We Offer

• $24.00 to $26.87 per hour
