RN (Per Diem) - PACE at Providence Health and Services summary:

This per diem Registered Nurse role at Providence PACE involves delivering and supervising nursing care to elderly patients in community and clinical settings, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and promoting patient health and independence. This is a per diem/on call position supporting our Cully site.

The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training Relevant training applicable to the position, as specified by the Nurse Manager.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • 1 year of Home health RN experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
