Job Duties:Build rapport & trust with customersGenerate and close sales for new and used units and accessories, through effective selling techniques and consistent with the company's core values and service pillarsConduct professional, high quality and informative interactive demonstrations with customersServe as a liaison between customers and various departments including Accounting, F&I, Parts, and ServiceMaintain appropriate level of contact with customers to increase opportunities for repeat and referral businessContinuously improve product knowledge by staying up to date on manufacturer's product features, components, and changesStay up to date of market trends and industry changes from publications, manufacturer websites and company provided informationBe willing to learn and continuously implement the Alpin Haus selling system word tracks and techniquesParticipate in the company's education and training seminars to improve sales and customer relationship skillsEnhance organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests, handling customer objections and exploring opportunities to add value to the customer's experienceWhat We Offer:Pay: $60,000 guaranteed with potential up to $200,000 annuallyUncapped earning potential with a generous commission-based pay structure.A competitive, high-energy team that pushes each other to succeed.Extensive training and support to sharpen your skills and help you close more deals.A large inventory of top RV brands to match customers with the right unit.Opportunities for advancement in a growing dealership.Best hours in the business for work life balance.What We're Looking For:A hunter's mentalityCompetitive drive Creative problem-solving skills Exceptional closing ability Self-motivation and resilience Strong communication skills A desire to winQualificationsPrior sales experience helpful but not a must.
