Leviathan Capital is hiring motivated sales professionals for a full-time, in-office role at our Brooklyn location. We specialize in helping small businesses access fast, flexible capital. With over 7 years in the industry, our infrastructure, training, and leadership have consistently turned ambitious reps into six-figure earners.

We provide high-quality lead data, proven systems, and real mentorship — everything you need to succeed, if you’re ready to work for it.

 

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners using a curated lead list

• Initiate sales conversations and qualify potential funding opportunities

• Guide clients through our funding process with the support of internal teams

• Manage your sales pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems

• Improve consistently through coaching and live feedback

 

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary + uncapped commission

• Top performers regularly earn $10K–$20K/month

• Structured onboarding and hands-on sales training

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales, phone-based, or commission based work experience ( solar, tech, real estate, finance etc )

• Basic computer literacy (email, CRM, spreadsheets)

• Reliable and punctual with daily in-office availability (Brooklyn, NY)
