Title: SAP Basis Administrator with SAP Basis, SAP HANA & SAP Solman Experience ( only W2 Position No C2C Accepted) 12.4.2025

Description: STG is a SEI CMMi Level 5 company with several Fortune 500 and State Government clients. STG has an opening for SAP Basis Administrator with SAP Basis, SAP HANA & SAP Solman Experience.

Please note that this project assignment is with our own direct clients. We do not go through any vendors. STG only does business with direct end clients. This is expected to be a long-term position. STG will provide immigration and permanent residency sponsorship assistance to those candidates who need it.

Job Description:

• Perform classical/legacy SAP installations, SAP S/4 installations, upgrades, patches, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation of add-on software components.
• Daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of all SAP systems.
• Working with SAP ECS / SAP Product teams to derive optimal performance from all SAP landscapes.
• Working closely with other product teams to meet and maintain operational KPIs/SLAs.
• Participate in multi-landscape design solutions, architecture recommendations, and client strategies for continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and execute SAP BASIS / HANA DB policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of SAP systems in support of the SAP applications.
• Provide Support and Guidance to the other Project and Development teams during the build, test and productive operation of project implementation.
• Setup and Configuration of Solution Manager Dashboards in order to monitor & administer the SAP systems.
• Support NA EWM warehouses related to SAP infrastructure issues (Printers, SLNet, Windows servers and RF devices)
• Support Cloud initiatives (eg. GCP/ RISE) to setup/migrate existing On-prem SAP solutions. Provide Project Management support for on-going projects
• Provide Production Support on a periodic 24x7 support with on-call responsibilities

Skills Required:

• SAP HANA, SAP Basis
• SAP S4 HANA, SAP Solman
• 7+ years of experience with SAP Basis Administration
• Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle implementations experience
