We are currently seeking a SAP HCM Application Management Consultant to join our team ONSITE in Hagerstown, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

Responsibilities::

• Provide SAP HCM OM PA, Payroll Application Support for SAP ECC and S4 HANA Instances.
• Primary role to be AMS consultant - also support development/project activities
• Support resolution of Incidents / Service Requests / Problem tickets
• Handle high-priority issues related to US Payroll, PA and OM. Should be aware of US payroll and other related statutory needs.
• Handle demand / project-related activities along with AMS work.

Requirements for this role include:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, mainly Global & German Payroll Processing• Experience in minimum 3 project experience SAP HCM Payroll.
• Hands-on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of more than one country in addition to Germany for the Americas, Europe, or APAC
• Experience in Configuration of PA/OM/ Time Management/ Payroll/ Time/ ESS-MSS/ Interfaces/ FIORI APPS
• Handle high-priority issues related to US Payroll, PA and OM. Should be aware of US payroll and other related statutory needs.
• Integration experience with HCM on S/4 HANA with Workday, SuccessFactors and other third-party systems will be an added benefit.

Preferences: - SAP HCM-> Payroll, SAP HCM-> SAP HCM (SAP HR), SAP HCM

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. EST). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends as a basis of business requirements. Also, coordinate with the Offshore (India) team and offshore delivery lead.
