As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for personnel and assets. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and assisting with access control measures. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns as they arise. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Document observations and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment in an aerospace and defense setting.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings while on patrol and during all assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to provide proof.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
