Senior Real Estate Analyst

Start Date: As soon as Possible Pay: Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually + Full Benefits

Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to join their dynamic Miami team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside top industry professionals on high-profile, value-add real estate projects across multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial asset classes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets efforts through detailed financial modeling, in-depth market analysis, and execution of complex transactions. Schedule and Shift: Full-Time Onsite

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities.
• Conduct detailed valuation, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and presentations for internal committees, partners, and lenders.
• Lead comprehensive due diligence on high-value transactions, coordinating across legal, financial, and operational teams.
• Monitor asset performance and provide actionable recommendations to enhance value.
• Collaborate with joint venture partners, property managers, and consultants to maximize returns.
• Participate in budget reviews, variance analyses, and strategic business planning.
• Produce data-driven reports and dashboards to support executive-level decision-making.
• Support the deal lifecycle from Letter of Intent (LOI) through closing.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating financing arrangements with lenders and equity partners.
• Track critical deal milestones to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Contribute to business development and market research initiatives that identify new acquisition opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 1-2+ years of experience in real estate investment, banking, or financial analysis (institutional or private equity environment preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including dynamic financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Argus, CoStar, and/or Yardi is a plus.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation metrics, debt structures, and investment analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presentation ability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with intellectual curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections, due diligence, and portfolio reviews.
