We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven SEO Specialist to optimize and expand our organic growth initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for enhancing our online presence by implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring our website and content rank among the best in the industry. If you're excited about driving impactful results and growing your expertise in SEO, this is the role for you. Primary Responsibilities Lead and manage SEO strategies, monitor KPIs and goal funnels. Ongoing communication with SEO director on strategy, project development, timelines and results. Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates as well as Medicare industry changes and developments. Manage a team of content writers and outreach specialists. Daily monitoring of important KPIs for SEO channel, including both internal and external data. Perform advanced keyword research to help guide content strategy. Provide recommendations, execute, and manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific. Lead link building efforts to ensure a successful off-page link building strategy. Perform routine site audits to identify technical SEO fixes and work with in-house WordPress developers to ensure that website is performing to the highest standards. Own conversion testing and operations for key initiatives Set strategy and prioritize testing ideas and environments Required Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SEO experience. Proficient in SEO tools like SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console (familiarity with additional tools is a plus). Experience with WordPress and plugins such as Yoast. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
