Job Title: Sourcing Program Manager Pay Rate: $38.00-45.00 per hour Location: Fully Remote or Phoenix, AZ 85008 Area Code: 602, 480, 623 Shift: 1st Full time , Direct, Benefits Belcan is looking for a Sourcing Program Manager to lead the transition of new aerospace products from engineering to production. This role is central to managing supplier relationships and ensuring the smooth integration of new products into the supply chain. Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of newly developed aerospace products into the supply chain.
• Manage negotiations and contractual relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Coordinate across functions for supplier selection, focusing on value and performance.
• Use technical knowledge to align product design with supplier capabilities, ensuring optimal manufacturability and value engineering.
• Oversee various contract types including long-term agreements and service contracts.
• Ensure alignment of supplier development engineering with quality standards.
• Collaborate with procurement and planning teams to optimize ERP system use.
• Develop robust monitoring systems for project tracking and risk assessment.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes using lean methodologies.
• Full accountability for delivering results in NPI transitional sourcing functions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an aerospace hardware environment.
• 3+ years of project management experience in supply chain, focusing on sourcing and new product integration.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex supply chain projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement principles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• US citizenship required due to the nature of the work.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Project Management Certification (PMP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Local to and ability to commute within Phoenix, AZ area.
