Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available at an elementary school serving students from PreK through 3rd grade. This contract role spans the current school year with a commitment of 35 hours per week, located in Lakewood, NJ.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Credentials such as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or certification relevant to school-based SLP services
  • Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) qualifications for school settings may also be applicable

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for early elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
