Job Description
Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - Treasury & Strategy
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Compensation: $98,000 - $108,000 Base + 10-15% Bonus
Job Type: Full Time
Benefits: 4% 401(k) Match, Flexible PTO Policy, Top-tier Healthcare, 16 Weeks Parental Leave, Employee Stock Purchase Program
Why You Should Apply: A newly invigorated Fortune 500 homebuilding company with over 60 years in business, this organization just closed three significant land acquisitions, solidifying its build pipeline and financial stability well into the next decade. The leadership team is sharp, decisive, and humble enough to pivot when needed-a place where strong ideas win over politics.
This is not just another corporate finance role-you'll have visibility into treasury strategy, liquidity planning, and capital deployment as the company scales. If you're ready to move from back-office number crunching into high-impact financial decision-making, this is your shot.
What We're Looking For: - 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or Corporate FP&A
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CTP or MBA a plus)
- Experience in cash flow modeling, forecasting, treasury ops, or banking relationships
- Sharp analytical mindset and a bias toward proactive problem-solving
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and pivot when the facts do
- Prior exposure to financial systems like FIS Integrity, Hyperion/OneStream, or JDE a plus
What You'll Be Doing: You'll operate at the intersection of financial strategy and treasury execution. Reporting to a Director who values independence and initiative, your work will directly influence how capital is deployed across land development, vertical construction, and corporate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and refine dynamic financial models to forecast liquidity, debt service, and investment returns
- Lead daily cash positioning and forecasting, monitor variances, and guide resolution
- Initiate and oversee ACH, wire, and book transfer payments
- Serve as administrator across multiple online banking platforms and TMS systems
- Manage corporate letters of credit and ensure compliance with terms
- Support credit card and purchase card programs-policy, reporting, and usage tracking
- Collaborate with business units to resolve banking issues and enhance efficiency
- Support the close process with treasury-specific reporting and reconciliations
- Drive process improvement and support internal control reviews
What's in It for You: This is a high-exposure role, especially for someone interested in progressing into finance leadership. You'll work with a tenured executive team that values smart finance professionals and promotes from within. There's a clear track to Manager within 18-24 months for the right performer.
