Job Description:
Talent Acquisition Specialist II supports a strong recruitment engine to that supports the entire organization. Maximizing your skill and experience as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert to attract the best technical talent for our professional services and cloud divisions. This is a rewarding role that will be actively networking, sourcing, and recruiting in the Information Technology Space.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Create strategic recruitment plans and support initiatives to enhance our ability to attract top tech talent.
- Actively participate in Tech community networking events to build a pipeline of technical talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and HR Business Partners to identify current and future talent needs and build talent pipelines accordingly.
- Research key competitors and build talent pipeline for future openings.
- Utilize recruitment best practices and latest techniques to build a strong online presence to attract top talent.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Work closely with the Talent Management team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Evaluate pre-employment assessment results for relevance in the selection process.
- Use creative staffing methods to develop and maintain a network of contacts.
- Manager the full-lifecycle recruitment process
- Manage position postings, prioritize, and close searches against timelines.
- Determine applicant qualifications through a rigorous screening and interviewing process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, present the competitive landscape and industry trends, and make recommendations to achieve business goals.
- Work with leadership in multiple divisions to develop recruitment strategies.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers in an effort to guide and drive a best-in-class recruiting process to ensure positions are filled with top talent.
- Develop and maintain a network of outside contacts including recruiters, agencies, professional organizations and technical schools to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Drive transparency in the process by ensuring a regular cadence of updates and reporting.
- Identify and act on opportunities to streamline talent acquisition processes and tools.
- Adhere to EEO and OFCCP guidelines throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of full-lifecycle recruitment.
- 2 years of experience recruiting talent in the IT Infrastructure space and for multiple lines of business
- Experience organizing/coordinating multiple projects while providing exceptional customer service
- Analytic skills necessary to evaluate metrics and adjust practices to improve results
- Excellent relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility, and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risks and plans for actions
- Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner
- Polished communication and presentation skills
- Refined email and social media etiquette
- Exceptional phone presence
- Solid understanding of employment laws
- Strong understanding of the talent pipeline
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
- Attitude of innovation and demonstrated ability to remain agile and adaptable
- Highly driven, motivated, disciplined and well versed in the elements of corporate recruiting for today's talent needs, as well as future needs
- Proven ability to be flexible and collaborative within a fast-paced and complex company

Base Pay Range : Annualized salary range offered for this position is estimated to be $65,000 - $84,000. However, the actual pay range depends on each candidate's experience, location, and qualifications.
