Key Responsibilities
Engage in a structured training program where you will apply your academic knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of our cement quarry.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations as well as company policies.
Participate in various special projects, working closely with experienced managers.
Learn essential skills in quarry management, including mine planning, operations optimization, quality control, and safety.
Qualifications We Seek
Graduating seniors pursuing a degree in Mining, Civil Engineering, or Geological Engineering, or current employees looking to progress into leadership roles.
